Pamper-Her-Friday by Rg2® 132: ‘A Romance in Autumn’ Creatives by Rg2 (2)

Fallen Leaves, Calif.–8:16 p.m., Pamper-Her-Friday:

“Pamper Her Autumn”

Was it bliss that I detected when I proposed
a Romance in Autumn?
You blew kisses to the wind and by providence
I caught ’em

There’s a chill to the air
yet my hand is so warm,
Press it upon your face, there,
it’s far from the norm

The leaves have turned their coats
to attract our attention,
“Don’t ignore me, you urbanites,”
they unsubtly mention

Can you stay with me the weekend
to share in Autumn’s introduction?
I’m preparing a signature heartmeal
and if you’ll follow my instruction:

Sit, unwind . . . I have merlot
. . . please relax,
There’s a little something on the table
courtesy of Goldman Sachs

No, no, I won’t say, you’ll have to
bide to the moment,
For there’s an art to the ambiance that
I’ve begun to foment

This is your night by candlelight
Chivalry is resurrected,
The power of my romance must
certainly be respected

And a woman’s quiet yearnings
must never go neglected,
Go ahead, open the box, I think
you’ll love what I selected

Why the gift? Your modesty asks
with serenity in your eyes,
An expression of my emotion under
cover of Autumn’s guise

Misty becomes your gaze as
the flames flaunt their flicker,
A Romantic in your midst
and a sensual candle wicker

Who understands the measure
of the depths of pampering’s meaning,
My damaged soul now replenished
No longer needing of redeeming

I wanna live, I wanna love, I wanna
romance you in Autumn,
Your kisses to the wind?
By providence, I caught ’em

I’m not letting go, woman.
