“Cream in Her Coffee”
Morning, pretty woman . . .
If you’ll be my mocha, I’ll gladly be your cream
Our autumn Pamper-Her-Friday
deserves a his-and-her theme
Unseasonably hot will be the day,
but the morning air is crisp,
Notice the dew on the leaves
amid the light foggy wisps . . .
Of nature’s daybreak wind currents
gently swaying the huggable trees,
Let’s take a moment on the balcony
to inhale the cool morning breeze
We’ll sip at a take-our-time clip
I’ll wrap my arm around your shoulder,
Secure you snugly into my chest
For I’m your designated holder
Once entwined you can’t escape
Where on earth would you rather be?
Standing in the most prime real estate
right here next to me
Your personal chef I was last evening
Your personal barista at dawn’s sunrise,
Admit it: You love being pampered
It’s unmistakably in your eyes
Never failing to tell the truth
They are the lens into your soul,
The little things I won’t overlook
‘Return to Pamperer’ is the goal
You like that, huh? I should write that, huh?
How ’bout I print it on your lips?
A lingering kiss to start the morning
They turn me on, your coffee sips
Refreshment I hear at each sigh
Satisfaction so guaranteed,
What, you wanna give me a thank-you hug?
Trust me, love, it’s a mutual need
Nibbling on my ear, let’s make this clear:
I think I like it a little too much,
You shouldn’t instigate or you’ll tempt fate
Remember your weakness to my touch
The season’s change, I’m keeping you in range
We’ve a lot of snuggling yet to do,
This Pamper-Her-Friday marks the beginning
My romance in autumn belongs to you.
